We spent 4 nights here and the cottage and location are excellent. It’s so handy being able to walk to the shops and the property has everything you could ask for. A real plus is the number of bathrooms and everything is exactly as described. The view is incredible, the access to the water is very easy. The host is super-responsive and I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing lakeside house. Big place. Very clean and recently refurbished. Great bathrooms. Private dock and a little beach right off the back of the house. Lots of amenities including paddle boards and a fire pit!! A short (5 min) walk into town. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage. The cottage is very clean and well maintained. It is in a prime location, walking distance to restaurants, an ice cream store, LCBO, grocery store and more. The water is perfect for swimming, paddling and boating and the beach area is great for kids. The cottage owners are excellent with communication and ready to help with any questions you have. This cottage is the perfect place to stay and we hope to return again next year.

Had an amazing time staying at this cottage! Went up with my family and we all had a great time. Very clean and spacious, with lots of comfortable beds, gorgeous patio and the best part was the long dock and beach. The water was warm, clear and welcoming! The neighbours are quiet and location is unbeatable. It is walking distance from the grocery store, lcbo, ice cream parlour, and the best bakery ever, Don's Bakery. We drove into Gravenhurst as well which was an easy drive. The kids had a blast and I highly recommend for a great family vacation in the heart of Muskoka.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location in Bala cannot be beat! With amenities just a short walk away we were pleased to be able to arrive at the cottage and not have to get back in the car for the duration of our stay.

The cottage is spacious and clean and has all amenities that one would want in the cottage. There is a large grassy lawn for the kids to play, however, we couldn't keep our kids out of the water, both at the sandy "beach" and off the dock. The lilly-pad for the kids to play on just off the dock was their favourite place to play.

The covered deck just off the main living space was key as it allowed us to bbq even if we got some evening rain.

Overall we all very much enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again!
